Soupersonic

A Restaurant Brand Identity

Soupersonic is a very unique restaurant. Starting with the pun of “soup” and “supersonic”, this restaurant is the unexpected crossover of a soup SOMETHING and a music hotspot.  Inspired by the spinning of a dj’s turntable, the visuals for this restaurant twist, turn, and warp in every direction. I designed the branding, packaging, menu, and website as well as a full brand manual. Using a modified CMYK color palette, this restaurant is lively and fresh with one of the funnest menus you’ll ever see. The website pops with vibrant photos and punchy colors, and even has a livestream of the music currently playing at Soupersonic. 

This design won a special honorable mention for best menu design at the Tyler Restaurant Identity Show of 2018 because the judges couldn’t stop playing with the menu. And yes, it actually spins!
